摘  要:目的:为了实现对积分放大器IVC102的进一步研究,搭建硬件电路,实现对光电容积脉搏波的无创采集。方法:在较为嘈杂的环境中,利用搭建的硬件电路,由血样探头传感器将人体指端光电容积脉搏波转换成电流信号输出,并由积分放大器进行电流到电压的转换,同时实现滤波放大,经AD转换后被MSP430单片机采集,送到上位机存储、显示,并进行数据处理。同时利用临床现有的脉搏采集方法实现人体脉搏波的同步采集,将2种脉搏波进行对比和相关参数计算。结果:观察发现采集得到的光电容积脉搏波具有一般脉搏信号的普遍特征,波形相似度较高,说明系统实现了正常采集。结论:该系统具有较强的抗干扰、抗噪声能力,能在复杂的环境下准确提取人体指端光电容积脉搏波。该系统也可以应用在其他采集过程中,实现电流-电压转换,并在一定程度上完成滤波和放大作用。Objective To study integral amplifier IVC102 in order to realize noninvasive acquisition of photoplethysmography. Methods A hardware circuit was formed in a noisy environment, and finger photoplethysmography was converted into current signals with blood sample probe sensor, and then the integral amplifier was used to realize current-to-voltage conversion, with filtering and amplification realized. The signals were acquired with MSP430 SCM after AD conversion,and then sent to the upper computer for storage, display and processing. Synchronous acquisition of pulse wave was performed with existing clinical techniques, and then the two kinds of pulse waves obtained were compared and calculated.Results The acquired photoplethysmography had general characteristics of common pulse signal besides similar waveform,and it's proved that the pulse data acquisition was successful. Conclusion The system can extract finger photoplethysmography in complex environment with high anti-jamming and anti-noise abilities, and can also used for current-voltage conversion, filtering and amplification.
