摘　　要：目的 :研究模块化医院船的特点,设计相应系统满足伤员换乘的需求。方法:伤员换乘主要采用直升机换乘、吊杆法换乘和舷梯换乘3种方式,前2种为模块化医院船主要换乘方式。直升机伤员换乘系统由直升机指挥、供油、供电、机务保障等模块和直升机起降平台组成。吊杆法伤员换乘系统由吊具模块、换乘平台板、吊篮等组成。结果:通过海上试验,该系统成功完成了海上伤员换乘,达到了预期目的。结论:该套系统可有效保障模块化医院船的伤员换乘需求。Objective To study the characteristics of modular hospital ship and design casualty transfer system. Methods Casualty transfer was performed often by helicopter and steeve, and occasionally by gangway ladder. Helicopter casualty transfer sub-system was composed of helicopter command module, fuel supply module, power supply module,administration module and landing platform. Steeve casualty transfer sub-system consisted of crane module, transfer platform, basket and etc. Results Sea trials proved that the system met the desired requirements. Conclusion The system can be used for casualty transfer in modular hospital ship.
