基于DICOM格式DSA图像几何学参数的计算机辅助测量方法研究

摘　　要：目的 :设计实现基于DICOM格式的数字减影血管造影术(digital subtraction angiography,DSA)影像几何学参数的计算机辅助测量功能。方法:软件由VC++6.0及Lead Tools工具包在Windows XP操作系统中开发实现。结果:该软件成功地实现了计算机辅助测量计算线段距离、曲线长度、区域面积等几何学参数功能,在实际应用中取得了良好的效果。结论:相比传统人工方式,该方法显著地提高了DSA图像几何学参数测量的精度与速度,提高了DSA诊断与治疗的精确性与效率,具有广阔的应用前景和推广价值。Objective To design and implement DICOM-based computer-aided measuring and calculating of DSA image geometric parameters. Methods The software was developed with VC ＋＋6.0 and Lead Tools toolkit under Windows XP operating system. Results Trials proved that such functions were realized as the measuring and calculation of line segment distance, curve distance and region area. Conclusion When compared with the traditional method, the method developed enhances the precision and speed for measuring and calculating DSA image geometric parameters, and thus is worth popularizing practically.
