摘　　要：目的 :通过实施新版电子病历系统,实现医院信息化建设的总体升级。方法 :将各系统参照国内国际相关行业标准进行接口改造,提升系统的互联互通能力,并进行基础架构建设;突出以电子病历为核心的整体临床信息系统建设;结合实际需求,改进与完善新版电子病历系统功能。结果:改进了新版电子病历系统体系模式和结构,优化了性能,提升了培训管理水平。结论:通过项目实施,医院信息化基础架构得到了改善,整体集成度得到了提升,给其他医院同类工作提供了借鉴。Objective To introduce new- edition electronic medical record system to realize upgraded informatization of Guangzhou General Hospital of Guangzhou Military Area Command. Methods The interfaces of all the systems were modified according to related international and national standards to improve the inter-communication of the systems.With the basic architecture established, and the clinical information system was constructed with the center of electronic medical record system. The functions of new-edition electronic medical record system were improved and completed.Results The new-edition electronic medical record system had its modes and architecture improved, performances optimized and training management enhanced. Conclusion The hospital has the informatization basic architecture and overall integration enhanced greatly, and other hospitals can find references when dealing with new-edition electronic medical record system.
