摘　　要：目的:研究探讨医学专用输入引擎的设计方法和应用效果。方法:在目前广泛使用的拼音、五笔字型汉字编码输入法的基础上,增加各种医学信息代码及国家标准代码数据集的录入、提示功能,将医院信息化中涉及的大量医学信息标准和规范进行系统有序的整理、规划和实施。结果:实现了统一标准代码术语与专业数据组的XML文档生成。结论:医学专用输入引擎的设计与应用,实现了实时地与医院各应用系统交互、传递所录入的标准数据集信息,为将来实现医疗卫生领域业务应用系统的互联互通和信息共享提供了数据基础。Objective To explore design and application of specialized medical input engine. Methods Based on pinyin input method and five-stroke input method, the input and reminding were realized for kinds of medical information codes and national standard code dataset. The medical information standards and regulations related to hospital informatization were summarized and processed. Results XML files were generated on unified standard code terminology and professional dataset. Conclusion The engine contributes to the inter-communication with hospital application systems and transmission of input standard dataset, and thus lay a foundation for inter connection and inter communication between medical application systems.
