动静脉足泵在预防妇科术后下肢深静脉血栓形成中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨动静脉足泵对妇科术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的预防效果。方法 :将268例妇科术后患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组134例,在常规护理的基础上,观察组使用动静脉足泵,对照组进行传统人工按摩,于术后第7天行彩色多普勒超声检查,比较2组深静脉血栓的发生率,并观察2组患者下肢深静脉血栓形成临床症状和体征的情况。结果:2组患者于术后第7天进行评价,观察组下肢深静脉血栓形成发生率明显低于对照组,且结果有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:动静脉足泵可有效预防妇科术后下肢深静脉血栓的形成,因而可进一步推广应用于临床。Objective To evaluate the effect of a-v pump on the prevention of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis after gynecologic operation. Methods Totally 268 patients after gynecologic operation were divided into an observation group and a control group randomly and equally. All the patients underwent routine care, of whom, the ones in the observation group were treated with a-v pump and those in the control group were with massage. Then color Doppler ultrasound was used to compare the two groups for the incidence rate, clinical symptoms and signs of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis 7 days after gynecologic operation. Results The incidence rate of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, with P0.05. Conclusion A-v pump can prevent lower extremity deep venous thrombosis after gynecologic operation, and thus is worth popularizing clinically.
