摘 要:目的 :探讨红外耳温计在高龄老年患者中的应用情况、优缺点及使用过程中的注意事项。方法 :随机选择2013年10月医院干部病房84例年龄>65岁的住院患者分别进行耳温(左耳和右耳)及腋温的测量,将所测得的数值利用SPSS13.0统计学软件进行测量结果的分析、比较。结果 :同时、同一患者水银体温计测得的耳温均高于腋温0.27℃,两者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);左、右耳温差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:红外耳温计具有快速、安全、使用简单方便等优点,且测温准确稳定,更适合高龄老年患者体温的测量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the application, advantages, disadvantages and precautions of infrared ear thermometer for elderly patients. Methods Totally 84 patients older than 65 years old hospitalized in October 2013 were selected randomly, and underwent temperature measurement at left ear, right ear and axilla. Then obtained values were analyzed and compared with SPSS13.0 statistics software. Results For the same patient, the ear temperature was always higher than axillary temperature by 0.27 ℃ and the difference was significant with P0.01, while there was no statistical significance for the difference between the two ears temperature with P 0.05. Conclusion Infrared ear thermometer can measure the body temperature of the elderly patient rapidly, safely and accurately, and thus is worth popularizing clinically.
