摘　　要：目的:探讨构建区域卫生信息共享平台的方法。方法 :在实现内部信息系统资源共享的基础上,基于标准数据传输协议构建区域卫生信息共享平台。结果:区域卫生信息共享平台的实现消除了信息孤岛,将各医院系统进行有效整合,减少了医疗资源浪费,提高了医疗质量和效率。结论:区域卫生信息共享平台的建立可以有效缓解由医疗资源分布不平衡带来的"看病难、看病贵"的社会问题,同时给医院管理者提供一致可靠的决策支持,是医疗信息化进一步发展的方向。Objective To explore the construction of regional medical information sharing platform. Methods Information was shared between the internal system first, and then the platform was constructed based on standard data transmission protocol. Results The information islands were eliminated, with hospital information systems integrated, medical resource waste reduced and medical quality enhanced. Conclusion Regional medical information sharing system may eliminate the difficulty in seeking treatment, and may provide decision support to hospital administrator.
