摘　　要：介绍了消毒灭菌设备管理中存在的问题,根据医院感染控制管理原则和规章制度,并应用卫生事业管理学方法,从消毒灭菌设备的购置原则、购置程序、购置和使用监督制度、资源共享、调剂机制、财务监督、人才队伍建设7个方面提出了解决问题的具体对策,以期提高医院感染管理水平,增强医院综合竞争力。The problems are pointed out in the management of the disinfection and sterilization equipment, and some countermeasures are put forward based on hospital regulations on infection control and medical management in order to enhance the hospital infection management, which are for the acquisition principle, acquisition flow, superision regulation of acquisition and utilization, sharing, dispensing, financial supervision and personnel training.
