摘　　要：研究了真空退火对铸造Ti-5Al-2.5Sn ELI合金焊接试样组织和性能的影响。试验结果表明,焊接试样经真空除氢退火后,其组织发生轻微的等轴化,熔合线处组织变得均匀;强度略有下降,但伸长率有所提高。The influence of vacuum annealing on microstructure and property of cast Ti-5Al-2.5SnELI alloy welding sample were investigated. The test results show that after vacuum dehydrogen annealing, the microstructure becomes equiaxial for welding sample such as minor axis, microstructure at fusion line becomes uniform; the strength slightly decreases, but the elongation has improved.
