摘 要:研究了电磁搅拌对Al-3Ti-0.2C-5Sr细化剂显微组织的影响,并将电磁搅拌后的Al-3Ti-0.2C-5Sr添加到Al-7Si合金中进行细化试验。结果表明:随着搅拌时间的延长,Ti Al3相逐渐消失,大块状或板条状Al-Ti-Sr相转化为小块状,块状Al4Sr相转化为细针状,Ti C颗粒分布更加均匀;随着搅拌频率的提高,块状Al-Ti-Sr相尺寸减小;电磁搅拌后的Al-3Ti-0.2C-5Sr可将Al-7Si合金晶粒尺寸由1 195μm细化至210μm,保温60 min后未出现细化衰退现象。The influence of electromagnetic stirring on Al-3Ti-0.2C-5Sr mierostructure was studied, and the experiment with adding AI-3Ti-0.2C-5Sr after electromagnetic stirring to Al-7Si alloy was done in this paper. The results show that with the extension of the stirring time, TiAl3 phases disappear gradually, big block or lath-shaped Al-Ti-Sr phases turn into small pieces, big block Al4Sr phases turn into acicular phases, TiC distributed more evenly. With the increase of stirring frequency, the size of Al-Ti-Sr phases decrease. With adding stirred Al-3Ti-0.2C-5Sr in A356, the average grain size reduces from 1195 μm to 210 μm, and with 60 rain holding time, no refinement recession occurred.
