摘  要:铸造AOD精炼在材料冶金领域的最新理念已在沈阳铸造研究所(SRIF)AOD精炼系统中得到应用。基于铸造AOD工艺和冶金AOD工艺的三大重要的差别,以及铸造AOD精炼纯净铸钢件的许多优点,提出一个新的商业服务模式,即铸造AOD精炼过程与最终铸件的质量要求相结合的技术服务体系AOD+AOT(Arriving of Target)。指出了纯净钢及其精炼是铸钢技术的重要发展方向。The advanced concept of foundry AOD refining in material metallurgy field has recently been applied in Shenyang Research Institute of Foundry(SRIF) AOD system. Based on three important differences between foundry AOD and metallurgy AOD process, as well as many advantages of cleaning steel castings with AOD refining, a new commercial service mode was put forward, namely, with combination of foundry AOD refining process and finally quality requirements of steel castings will be involved in AOD+AOT(arriving of target) service system. At last, cleaning cast steel and its refining process is an important development trend in cast steel industry.
