摘 要:以特级矾土熟料、红柱石、棕刚玉、活性α-Al2O3微粉、Si O2微粉为原料,硼酸为助熔剂,糊精为黏合剂,研究分别加入不同含量(8%、16%、25%、33%、46%、51%)的红柱石颗粒对化铜感应炉炉衬耐火材料性能的影响。利用X射线衍射(XRD)检测加入红柱石前后试样的物相组成变化,扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察和分析试样烧成后的晶体形貌。结果表明,加入红柱石在高温下所形成的莫来石网状结构及Si O2液相对试样孔隙的填充,可明显提高其抗侵蚀性和力学性能。The special grade bauxite clinker, andalusite, brown fused alumina, active μ-Al2O3 powder, SlOE powder were used as raw material, boric acid was used as the flux, dextrin was used as binder, the effects of different andalusite particles additions on the properties of lining refractories of a melting copper induction furnace (8%, 16%, 25%, 33%, 46%, 33%)were discussed. X-ray diffraction (XRD) was used to test the phase composition change of the sample after adding andalusite. Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) was used to observe and analyse the crystal morphology of sample after firing. The results show that with the adding of andalusite, the formation of the reticular structure ofmullite at the high temperature and the liquid phase of SiO2 filling on the sample, can obviously improve the corrosion resistance and mechanical properties.
