摘  要:介绍了高温高压工况下CF8C阀门的制造工艺。提出不锈钢阀门类铸钢件分型面、冒口、浇注系统、冷铁等铸造参数的选择与设置方法;采用高硅、高镍、高温、高压双管连续吹氧及时加合金,快速降低炉内钢液温度和合理供电等工艺措施,实施电弧炉返回吹氧法冶炼CF8C材质的冶炼工艺。实践应用表明,生产出的铸件质量完全满足客户要求。The manufacturing process of CF8C valve casting applied under high pressure and high temperature work condition was introduced. Selection and setting method of casting parameters for stainless steel valve casting were put forward such as mold parting, riser, gating system, chill and etc. The melting process of valve casting material CF8C is described as electric arc furnace back blowing method, main process method includes high borosilicate and high nickel, double tube with high pressure and high temperature continuously blowing oxygen, adding alloy in time to reduce the furnace temperature and reasonable power. The practical application shows that the castings fully meet the customer's requirements.
