消极完美主义对自杀态度预测机制的内隐实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨大学生群体中消极完美主义对自杀态度的预测作用。方法采用方便取样抽取在校大学生238名,使用消极完美主义问卷、自杀意念量表、冗思行为反应量表同时施测,再通过实验法,考察高、低消极完美主义的大学生在简式内隐联想测验上得分的差异。结果 (1)消极完美主义的总分及其担心错误、父母期望和行动疑虑3个维度的得分与冗思、自杀态度呈显著正相关;(2)分层回归分析表明,在控制人口统计学变量(性别、专业、生源地、是否独生子女)和冗思这一认知变量后,消极完美主义仍然对自杀态度有显著的正向预测作用。(3)协方差分析表明高、低消极完美主义得分者在简式内隐联想测验中的B-IAT效应差异不显著。结论控制冗思的影响,消极完美主义是预测外显自杀态度的敏感指标,而对内隐自杀态度无预测作用,这为大学生自杀的风险评估提供进一步的实证依据。Objective The aim of this study was to explore the negative perfectionism and suicide attitude among university student and their relation. Methods Two hundred and thirty-eight students from Fujian normal university were investigated by negative perfectionism scale, SIOSS and ruminative responses scale（RRS）. And then experimental methodology was used to investigate the difference between students with high perfectionism and low perfectionism on brief implicit association test（B-IAT）. Results（1）Negative perfectionism as well as its three dimensions（concern over mistakes, parental expectation, and doubts about action） had significantly positive correlation with rumination and suicide attitude.（2） Hierarchical regression analysis showed that negative perfectionism still had significantly positive predictive effect on suicide attitude after the demographic variables were controlled such as gender, department, family seat, being the only child, and the cognitive variable rumination.（3） Covariance analysis showed that the difference between students with high perfectionism and low perfectionism on brief implicit association test（B-IAT） was not significant. Conclusion Negative perfectionism was a sensitivity index to explicit suicide attitude by controlling the effect of rumination, but it couldn＇t predict implicit attitude. This result can provide the empirical support for suicide risk assessment for university.
