摘 要:目的了解在天津市藏族中学开展结核病健康教育的效果。方法利用主题班会、展板、志愿者宣传等形式对师生开展结核病健康教育,采用自填试问卷调查。结果相比基线水平学生对结核病核心知识的知晓率由45.2%提高至59.6%(χ2=174.17,P<0.01),教师由43.4%提高至69.8%(χ2=74.35,P<0.01)。教师对学校结核病管理的知晓率由基线的61.5%提高至71.9%(χ2=2.48,P=0.12)。师生对肺结核的正确态度和就医意识,均比干预前有所提高。主题班会、志愿者和宣传展板均是师生最乐于接受的方式。结论校内综合健康教育方法可以有效提高师生对结核病的认知,但应持续开展。Objective The study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of health education on tuberculosis in a Tibetan middle school in Tianjin City. Methods Health education on tuberculosis was provided to the teachers and students through special class meetings, posters, and volunteers. The teachers and students were then surveyed by questionnaires. Results The awareness rate of the students on core knowledge of tuberculosis increased from 45.2% to 59.6%(χ^2=174.17, P〈0.01) and that of the teachers rose from 43.4% to 69.8%(χ^2=74.35, P〈0.01). The awareness rate of the teachers on tuberculosis management of the school increased from 61.5% to 71.9%(χ^2=2.48, P=0.12). Improvement in correct attitude towards tuberculosis and awareness on seeking medical help of the teachers and students was observed after intervention. Special class meetings, volunteers, and posters were the most acceptable educational means for the teachers and students. Conclusion On-campus comprehensive health education can effectively improve the awareness of the teachers and students on tuberculosis, and should be conducted consistently.
