摘　　要：目的分析上海市高龄老人伤害死亡的流行状况及相关特征。方法根据上海市居民死亡医学登记系统和死因调查信息,运用DEATHREG2010及SPSS20.0软件对上海市2011年7月1日到2012年6月30日期间发生的80岁及以上高龄老人伤害死亡案例进行统计描述和分析。结果 2011年7月1日至2012年6月30日期间上海市80岁及以上高龄老人伤害死亡率为338.1/10万,伤害居高龄老人死因顺位的第五位,意外跌落为伤害死亡首要原因。高龄女性伤害死亡率高于男性(χ2=21.17,P<0.05),死亡率随年龄增大呈增高趋势(χ趋势2=703.25,P<0.05)。死者意外跌落发生在第一和第四季度的人数较多,主要发生在家中,占71.3%,方式主要为滑倒,占56.3%,意外跌落发生到死亡时间间隔多为30 d以上,占63.2%。结论伤害是威胁上海市高龄老人生命和健康的高危因素之一,应采取多方面防控措施,高龄老人的伤害影响因素和防制重点有待进一步研究。Objective This study was to analyze the injury death and some influencing factors among the elderly aged 80 years and older in Shanghai. Methods The mortality and the related factors of all death of people aged 80 and above during July 1st, 2011 to June 30 th, 2012 were analyzed with DEATHREG2010 and SPSS20.0 based on the database of Shanghai Cause-of-Death Registry System and the cause-of-death survey. Results The injury mortality of the elderly aged 80 years and older was 338.1/100 000, and injury was ranked fifth among death causes. Falling was the major cause leading to injury deaths. The total mortality of women was higher than that of men（χ^2=21.17, P〈0.05）. With increasing age, the total mortality increased（χ^2=703.25, P〈0.05）. Most falling took place in the first quarter and the fourth quarter, and mainly at home（71.3%）. Slipping was the major cause leading to fall,accounting for 56.3%. Among 63.2% of the cases, the time between the occurrence of falling to death was more than 30 days.Conclusion Injury is one of the most serious factors threatening the elderly aged 80 and above. Multiple measures should be taken to control injury and more research should be conducted for the correlation between injury and the influencing factors.
