摘　　要：简要介绍了乌山铜钼矿一期选矿厂碎磨流程设计选择过程及生产实践。根据乌山矿石性质、建设规模等因素,通过方案比较,选择了适宜的SABC碎磨工艺流程。同时,对SABC碎磨流程设计初衷与生产实践存在的差异进行了对比分析,并对设计过程中应注意的问题进行了阐述。Flowsheet design of the first phase crashing and grinding project in Wushan Copper and Molybdenum Mine and its production practice are briefly introduced in the paper.According to the property of the ores and the con-struction scale,an SABC crashing and grinding process is decided after comparison of several schemes.Meanwhile, contrast and analysis are made for the deviation of production practice from the original purpose of the SABC flowshe-et.Finally,problems worth paying attention to during designing process are elucidated.
