摘  要:从高炉长寿的角度,讨论了炉缸部位选用优质耐火材料的重要性;介绍了3种高炉炉缸耐火材料,分别是炭砖、刚玉质砖、碳复合砖,并介绍了这3种耐火材料的国内外发展情况;揭示了针对炉缸部位耐火材料的4项重要性能指标作用机理,包括热导率、铁水溶蚀指数、抗炉渣侵蚀性和微气孔化指标,并对比分析了3种耐火材料的上述性能指标。表明碳复合砖的综合性能指标优于炭砖和陶瓷杯;应用在高炉炉缸部位的耐火材料不能追求某一指标的发展,应注重各项指标协调综合提高;碳复合材料是新一代炉缸耐火材料的发展趋势。Based on BF long campaign concept,the importance of high quality refractory materials for BF hearth was discussed; BF hearth refractory materials can be divided into three categories as follows: the carbon brick,the corundum brick and the carbon composite brick. The development of these three kinds of refractory materials at home and abroad was described. The mechanism of four important performance indicators was explained,including the thermal conductivity,hot metal corrosion index,slag resistance and micro porosity index. The performance indexes of the three kinds of refractory were compared. The results are as follows: the comprehensive performance of carbon composite brick is better than that of carbon brick and ceramic cup;the development of refractories should pay attention to improve the index co-ordination;the carbon composite material is the development direction of the new generation of hearth lining.
