集约用地理论模式探析

摘　　要：研究目的:从空间维、时间维和功能维三个理论维度出发,构建集约用地理论模式体系。研究方法:采用归纳演绎法、文献资料法和综合分析法,设计集约用地模式体系的结构框架及阐明模式的特征表现。研究结果:集约用地理论模式体系以子模式和多种组合模式为结构框架,其中,子模式有13种,两两理论组合模式有16种。研究结论:该理论模式体系可指导国民经济行业集约用地规划,为各地因地制宜地开展集约用地研究提供参考。The purpose of this study is to develop a theoretical model system of intensive land use in terms of three theoretical dimensions, i.e., the space, function and time. Methods of induction and deduction, literature review and integrated analysis were employed. Based on these methods, basic framework and features of the model system were designed. The results indicate that the sub-model and the varieties of combination model are the core of the framework. The theoretical model system contains 13 sub-models and 16 two-factor combined models. The conclusion of the paper is that the model system can instruct intensive land plan for each national industries and provide references for the study of intensive use models locally.
