摘 要:对比分析了4种聚酯型绝缘浸渍树脂综合性能,通过耐高温齿轮箱油试验考察了绝缘浸渍树脂在齿轮箱油中的性能变化。结果表明:聚酯型绝缘浸渍树脂经耐高温齿轮箱油试验后的性能变化与绝缘浸渍树脂的类型、稀释剂体系以及耐受时间密切相关,以特种丙烯酸酯为稀释剂的亚胺改性聚酯浸渍树脂在齿轮箱油中热老化后其电气性能和力学性能保持良好,呈现较为优异的耐油性能;在热老化过程中齿轮箱油的性能和成分保持不变,仅起到媒介作用。The comprehensive properties of four kinds of polyester insulation impregnating resin were compared, and the properties changes of impreganting resins in the gear box oil at high temperature were investigated. The results show that their properties changes are closely related to the resin type, diluent system, and tolerance time. The polyester-imide impregnating resin containing acrylate diluent after thermal ageing experiment in the gear box oil maintains good electrical and mechanical properties, which indicate that the impregnating resin has excellent gear box oil resistance. The performance and composition of the gear box oil keep unchanged during the thermal ageing process, and the gear box oil only plays a medium role.
