摘  要:制备了一种聚氨酯型热致性液晶聚合物,采用液晶增韧改性环氧树脂,分析液晶的含量对环氧树脂力学性能和耐热性的影响。在环氧树脂中同时添加液晶和Al2O3制备了三元共混体系,并对共混体系的力学性能和电性能进行分析。结果表明:当液晶与环氧的质量比为3∶100时,复合材料的冲击强度相对于纯环氧树脂体系提高了60%,拉伸强度和弯曲强度也分别提高了80%和87%,而且液晶的加入对环氧的耐热性基本没影响。在室温下,三元体系的介电常数是二元体系介电常数的1.5倍。A polyurethane-based thermotropic liquid crystalline polymer(TLCP) was prepared. Epoxy resin was modified by the TLCP, and the effect of TLCP content on the mechanical properties and heat resistance of the epoxy resin was studied. A ternary blend system was prepared by adding TLCP and Al2O3 to epoxy resin, and the mechanical properties and dielectric properties of the blend system were studied.The results show that when the mass ratio between TLCP and epoxy resin is 3∶100, the impact strength,tensile strength, and bending strength of the modified epoxy resin increase by 60%, 80%, and 87% respectively compared to the pure epoxy resin, and the TLCP has no influence on the heat resistance of the modified epoxy resin. The dielectric constant of the ternary blend system is 1.5 times higher than that of the binary blend system at room temperature.
