摘  要:目的建立反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)同时测定线纹香茶菜全草、根、茎和叶中坡模酸、山楂酸、科罗索酸、齐墩果酸和熊果酸5种三萜酸的含有量。方法线纹香茶菜95%乙醇提取液的分析在Kromasil C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)上进行,流动相为甲醇-2.0%乙酸水溶液(88∶12,V/V),体积流量1.0mL/min,检测波长210nm,柱温25℃。结果坡模酸、山楂酸、科罗索酸、齐墩果酸和熊果酸进样量分别在0.552-41.4 mg/L(r=0.999 5),0.540-40.5 mg/L(r=0.999 6),0.824-61.8mg/L(r=0.999 9),2.444-183.3mg/L(r=0.999 7)和3.172-237.9mg/L(r=0.999 7)范围内线性关系良好,加样回收率分别为98.1%、98.0%、96.3%、99.7%、99.0%。RSD(n=6)均小于2.2%。结论线纹香茶菜样品不同部位中,5种三萜酸类成分含有量高低依次为叶〉全草〉茎〉根。AIM To establish the method for simultaneously determining pomolic acid,hawthorn acid,corosolic acid,oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in total grass,root,stem,and leaf of Rabdosia lophanthoides.METHODS The separation was achieved on a Kromasil C18column( 4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) at 25 ℃ using methanol-2.0% CH3 COOH solution( 88 ∶ 12,V/V) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 m L / min.The detection wavelength was set at 210 nm.RESULTS Linearities of pomolic acid,hawthorn acid,corosolic acid,oleanolic acid and ursolic acid were in the ranges of 0.552- 41.4 mg/L( r = 0.999 5),0.540- 40.5 mg/L( r =0.999 6),0.824- 61.8 mg/L( r = 0.999 9),2.444- 183.3 mg/L( r = 0.999 7) and 3.172- 237.9 mg/L( r = 0.999 7),respectively.The average recoveries were 98.1%,98.0%,96.3%,99.7% and 99.0% with RSD( n = 6) less than 2.2%.CONCLUSION The five triterpenic acids from R.Lophanthoides distributed from high to low are leaf 〉total grass 〉stem 〉root in turn.
