摘 要:采用激光加工的方法在压裂泵柱塞试件表面熔蚀出一系列不同面积比和直径的微小型、低密度圆柱形表面织构凹坑。采用销-盘试件运动模拟3000型压裂泵密封摩擦副,在MDW-1型万能摩擦磨损试验机上研究不同表面织构的20#钢与丁腈橡胶弹性材料配副时的摩擦特性。结果表明:合理布置的表面织构能够明显降低摩擦因数与温升,且凹坑能够吸纳磨粒、避免二次磨损。在载荷100 N、速度2.2 m/s试验条件下,表面织构均匀分布、面积比为2.0%、直径为0.20 mm圆柱形凹坑,可使摩擦因数和温升分别降低56.2%、55.4%,且试件表面磨斑、磨痕明显减少。The surface of fracturing pump plungers specimen is corroded a series of cylindrical pit textures of different area ratio and diameter by laser.By simulating the seal and friction pairs of 3000 fracturing pump with the motion of pin and plate specimens, the tribological properties of a motion pairs made up of hard 20 steel with different surface textures and elastic Nitrile rubber was investigated in a MDW-1 universal friction and wear testing machine.The experimental results show that the friction coefficient and temperature rise are significantly reduced for the specimens with reasonable layout surface textures, and the pit in the specimen surface can absorb abrasive and avoid the second wear of the specimens. On test conditions of the load of 100 N and the speed of 2.2 m/s, the cylindrical pit textures in uniform distribution,with area ratio of 2% and diameter of 0. 20 ram,can reduce friction coefficient and temperature rise by 56. 2% ,55.4% ,respectively.
