摘 要:采用CFD模拟软件中的多相流模型研究椭圆滑动轴承的油膜特性。建立椭圆滑动轴承SST湍流模型和Mixture两相流模型,分析椭圆滑动轴承的油膜特性及其气穴分布特点,对比分析考虑两相流和未考虑两相流的椭圆滑动轴承的油膜特性,验证新计算模型的正确性,并研究各种影响因素对润滑油气化的影响。结果表明:两相流模型比单相流模型更能真实反映椭圆滑动轴承的实际油膜特征;随偏心距的增加、转速的升高,气化现象越明显,且高黏度润滑油更容易产生气化现象;椭圆滑动轴承第二油楔内的润滑油比第一油楔内的润滑油更易出现气化。The multiphase flow model of CFD simulation software was applied to study the oil film characteristics of elliptical bearing.The SST turbulence model and Mixture two phase flow model of elliptical bearing were built, and the oil film characteristics and cavitation distribution characteristics of the bearing were analyzed.The oil film characteristics considering two phase flow and without considering it were compared, and the validity of the new calculation model was proved.The various influence factors on the lubricating oil gasification were studied.The results show that two phase flow model can even better reflect the actual oil film characteristics of elliptical bearing than single phase flow model.Along with increasing of the eccentricity and rotational speed, gasification phenomenon is more obviously, and high viscosity lubricating oil is more prone to gasification phenomenon.The lubrication oil in the second oil wedge of elliptical bearing is more easy appeared gasification than that of in the first.
