摘　　要：目的:调查汕头大学·香港中文大学联合汕头国际眼科中心(以下简称"我院")眼科Ⅰ类切口手术围术期抗菌药物应用现状,探讨提高围术期抗菌药物合理应用的方法。方法:采用回顾性调查方法,随机抽查2012年1月—2013年12月我院眼科Ⅰ类切口手术围术期病例1 084例,设计围术期预防性应用抗菌药物调查表,对预防用药情况进行统计分析。结果:1 084例Ⅰ类切口手术患者中,99例预防性应用了抗菌药物,使用率为9.13%;不合理用药主要表现为用药疗程过长(3.60%,39/1 084)、选药不当(1.11%,12/1 084)、预防用药时机不当(1.01%,11/1 084)等。结论:Ⅰ类切口手术预防用药存在较多问题,应进一步规范抗菌药物的临床应用,强化医师围术期预防应用抗菌药物的合理化意识。OBJECTIVE： To investigate the status quo of perioperative use of prophylactic antibacterials in ophthalmological patients undergoing type I incision operation in our hospital （Joint Shantou International Eye Center of Shantou University and The Chinese University of Hong Kong） and explore the approaches to improve perioperative rational use of antibacterials. METHODS： By a retrospective survey, 1 084 medical records of ophthalmological patients undergoing type I incision operation in our hospital from Jan. 2012 to Dec. 2013 were sampled randomly. The questionnaire on perioperative use of prophylactic antibacterials was designed and the perioperative use of prophylactic antibacterials was analyzed statistically. RESULTS： Of the total 1 084 cases investigated, 9. 13% （99/1 084） used antibacterials. The irrational use manifested mainly as prolonged medication course （3.60% ,39/1 084）, improper selection of antibacterials （ 1.11%, 12/1 084） and improper prophylactic medication timing （ 1.01%, 11/1 084 ）. CONCLUSIONS： The perioperative use of prophylactic antibacterials in ophthalmological patients undergoing type I incision operation in our hospital had many problems, therefore, it is important to standardize the clinical use of antibacterials and intensify physicians＇ consciousness on rational perioperative use of prophylactic antibacterials.
