摘　　要：目的:分析2013年四川省宜宾市第二人民医院(以下简称"我院")癌痛治疗药品使用频度,为癌痛治疗药物的合理应用和采购计划提供参考依据,也为"癌痛规范化治疗示范病房"建设提供用药支持。方法:通过我院医院信息系统收集2013年4个季度肿瘤院区癌痛治疗药品应用数据,对药品销售金额、使用强度进行分析。结果:癌痛治疗药品的销售金额和使用强度均有上升趋势,第三阶梯药物明显较第一、二阶梯药物消耗量大;吗啡消耗量始终位于首位,而曲马多用量下降趋势明显;4个季度的癌痛治疗药物使用强度逐渐升高。结论:我院癌痛治疗药物品种较全、用药基本合理,应进一步加强癌痛治疗药物的监督与管理。OBJECTIVE：To analyze the DDDs of anagesics for cancer pain in Sichuan Yibin Second People＇s Hospital （our hospital） in 2013 so as to provide reference for rational use and procurement of analgesics for cancer pain and provide support for drug use in the construction of ＂demonstration ward of standardized treatment of cancer pain＂. METHODS： The data of consumption sum and the use density of the drugs for cancer pain in four quarters in 2013 in Yibin Second People＇s Hospital （hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital＂） collected from hospital information system were analyzed statistically. RESULTS： The consumption sum and the use density of the analgesics for cancer pain in our hospital showed an upward trend, with the third ladder analgesics showing higher consumption than the first and the second ladder ones, with morphine stably topping the consumption list; the consumption of tramadol showed a significantly downward trend. The use density of analgesic drugs for cancer pain in the four quarters of 2013 increased gradually. CONCLUSIONS： The specifications of the analgesics for cancer pain are complete and the use of the analgesics for cancer pain is rational on the whole ; however, supervision and management of the analgesics for cancer pain should be strengthened.
