临床药师对1例多西他赛致多器官损伤的药学监护

摘　　要：目的:通过参与药物治疗方案的制订及对患者进行药学监护,探讨临床药师在药物治疗中的作用。方法:通过参与1例多西他赛导致患者多器官损伤的诊治,体现临床药师的工作成效。结果:临床药师做好患者的用药教育工作,可以减轻患者药物不良反应带来的痛苦。结论:临床药师参与临床药学工作,及时对患者进行药学监护,能有效降低药品不良反应发生率,促进疾病转归。OBJECTIVE ：To explore the role of clinical pharmacist in medical treatment through participating ill tile making of dosage scheme and pharmaceutical care for patient. METHODS： Through involvement in the diagnosis and treatment of one ease of Doeetaxel-indueed Multiple organ injury, the clinical pharmacist＇s role was given full play. RESULTS ： The medical education for patients provided by clinical pharmacist resulted in relief of patient＇s pain caused by the adverse drug reactions. CONCLUSIONS： The participation of clinical pharmacist in clinical pharmacy and the timely pharmaceutical care for patients can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions and promote the outcome of disease.
