摘　　要：目的:调查分析郑州市某三甲医院医务人员高血压患病情况,为医务人员高血压防治提供科学依据。方法:对郑州市某三甲医院1 369名医务人员进行体检,并收集相关体检资料,对医务人员患高血压及相关体检结果进行统计分析,统计高血压患者年龄、职业分布等。结果:1 369名医务人员中共有251人发现高血压,高血压患病率为18.33%;随着年龄的增加,高血压患病率逐步上升。男性医务工作者高血压患病率、三酰甘油偏高率均高于女性;女性医务工作者总胆固醇偏高率、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇偏高率均高于男性;医生高血压患病率最高,医院管理人员高血压患病率最低。结论:郑州市某三甲医院医务工作者由于工作压力大,高血压患病率较高,应进行有针对性的降压、降脂治疗。OBJECTIVE ：To study the prevalence of hypertension in the medical staff of a three-A level hospital in Zhengzhou so as to provide scientific reference for prevention and treatment of hypertension in medical staff. METHODS： Health examination were performed on 1,369 medical workers in a three-A level hospital in Zhengzhou. The examination results on hypertension and other items were analyzed statistically with regard to distribution of age and occupation of the medical staff with hypertension. RESULTS： 251 （18.33%） of the total 1,369 medical workers have been diagnosed as having hypertension. The prevalence rate of hypertension increased with age; males had higher prevalence rate of hypertension and higher rate of high triglyceride level than did females ; however, females had higher rate of high total cholesterol level and higher rate of high level of low density lipoprotein than did males. Of all the medical workers investigated, physicians had the highest prevalence rate of hypertension but hospital management staff had the lowest prevalence rate of hypertension. CONCLUSIONS： The medical staff in our hospital worked under great pressure with high prevalence rate of hypertension; therefore treatment targeted at lowering blood pressure and blood lipid level should be performed accordingly.
