摘　　要：2014年12月19日，时隔4年，伊春空难终于尘埃落定。伊春空难机长齐全军被认定为涉重大飞行事故罪。被判有期徒刑3年。涉事飞行员被判刑。这在飞行事故中尚属首例。但是对机长的审判。是否真的能让航空系统吸取教训？Airline captain appeals his 3-year sentence An airline captain appealed on December 19 th in 2014 after a court in Heilongjiang province sent him to prison for three years for his involvement in one of the most serious plane crashes in recent years. The crash in Yichun on Aug 24, 2010, resulted in a fire that swept through the plane, killing 44 people and injuring 52.
