摘  要:针对智能变电站系统的特点及其存在的安全隐患,从智能变电站系统边界的安全防护、系统的访问控制和传输数据的安全防护3方面研究了智能变电站系统安全防护技术。通过模拟智能变电站实际运行环境和各类攻击方法对智能变电站系统抵御网络攻击能力、非授权访问拦截能力、系统通信协议安全性及接入设备的有效鉴别能力等项目进行了安全性测试,测试结果表明,在采用上述安全防护技术的前提下,智能变电站系统可成功拦截非授权控制命令,可有效抵抗服务拒绝攻击、利用型攻击、信息收集型攻击、假消息攻击等网络攻击,通信协议可通过Scyther分析工具的检测,具有较高的安全防护能力。According to the characteristics of the smart substation communication network and its existing incipient fault,this paper has researched the smart substation communication network security protection technology from three aspects of the network border's security protection,system's access control,the security protection of' the data in the smart substation communication network. It has tested such items as the smart substation communication network to resist network attack ability,to intercept unauthorized access ability,system communication protocol's security and access devices' effectively identify ability and so on by simulating smart substation's practical operating environment and vari- ous of attack methods. The test result shows that it can successfully intercept unauthorized control command,can effec- tively resist such attacks as denial of service attack,using type attack,information collection attack false news attack and so on,the communication protocol has withstood Scyther analysis tool's detection,which has the ability to deep pro- tect smart substation communication network's information security when using above security protection technology. So, the smart substation communication network security protection technology has high popularization and application value.
