摘  要:为了解外源海藻糖对小麦抗寒性的影响与作用机理,通过室内盆栽,模拟低温(冷冻)条件,研究外源海藻糖处理下抗寒品种东农冬麦1和弱抗寒品种济麦22的胚芽长、抗寒性相关指标及返青率。结果表明,在4℃条件下,抗寒品种东农冬麦1号在10mmol·L-1海藻糖处理下胚芽生长最快,弱抗寒品种济麦22在50mmol·L-1海藻糖处理下胚芽生长相对较快。在-5^-25℃冷冻处理后,东农冬麦1号和济麦22分别在10mmol·L-1和50mmol·L-1海藻糖处理下,分蘖节相对含水量、脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量及返青率相对较高,MDA含量较低。结果说明,外源施加一定浓度的海藻糖可以在一定程度上提高冬小麦对低温(冷冻)的抵抗能力。Low temperature is a kind of abiotic stress factors for plant,which is an important limiting factor for the yield of winter wheat in high latitudes areas.In order to know the effects that exogenous trehalose to the embryo length,indexes of cold resistance and reviving rate of winter wheat,Dongnongdongmai 1(cold resistance)and Jimai 22(weak cold resistance)were disposed with different concentrations of exogenous trehalose and freezed at different low temperature in pots indoor.The results showed that the germ was longest for cold resistance variety Dongnongdongmai 1when trehalose was10mmol·L^-1 under 4℃,but for cold sensitive variety Jimai 22 was 50mmol·L^-1.The seedlings of Dongnongdongmai 1pretreatmented with 10mmol·L^-1 trehalose had higher relative water content,higher contents of proline and soluble sugar,and higher regreen rate,but lower MDA content in crown under freezing treatment,while the seedlings of Jimai 22 pretreatmented by 50 mmol·L^-1 trehalose had higher contents of proline and soluble sugar,and higher regreen rate,but lower MDA content in croun.So the resistance of winter wheat to low temperature(freeze)can be improved by exogenous trehalose at certain concentrations.
