摘 要:为了了解京红蛋鸡的体重、胫长和小肠生长规律。本文运用Logistic、Gompertz和Bertalanffy3种非线性模型分别对0~17周龄京红蛋鸡体重、胫长和小肠进行生长曲线拟合和分析。结果表明:Beralanffy模型能较好地拟合京红蛋鸡体重的生长曲线,根据Bertalaun曲模型得到的京红蛋鸡体重生长曲线方程为y=2722.069×(1-0.756e^(-0.079t))~3,拐点体重、周龄和最大周增量分别是806.54 g、10.37周龄和95.57 g。Logistic模型能较好地拟合京红蛋鸡十二指肠的生长曲线,Bertalanffy模型能较好地拟合京红蛋鸡空肠和回肠的生长曲线。Logistic模型能较好地拟合京红蛋鸡胫长的生长曲线。根据Logistic模型得到的京红蛋鸡胫长生长曲线方程为y=9.782/(1+2.985×e^(-0.3t)),拐点长、拐点周龄和最大周增量分别是4.89 cm、3.65周龄和0.73 cm。可用3种模型拟合和分析京红蛋鸡生长规律,不同的评价指标所确定的最优模型不同,根据最合适的模型分析得出的规律可以对进一步研究京红蛋鸡提供参考。The objective was to study the growth and development rules of weight, shank length and small intestine of Jinghong laying hens. The growth curve of weight, shank length and small intestine of Jinghong laying hens from 0 to 17 weeks old was analyzed and fired with three kinds of nonlinear models(Logistic, Gompertz, Bertalanffy). The results showed that the bertalanffy model had the best effect on fitting with the growth curves of weight. Its Bertalanffy growth function was y=2722.069x(1-0.756e^-0.0790t)3, the infleettion week, the inflexion body mass and the maximum week growth value described by the Bertalanffy model was 806.54 g, 10.37 week and 95.57 g. The Logistic model had the best effect on fitting with the growth curves of duodenum, the Bertalanffy model had the best effect on fitting with the growth curves of jejunum and ileum. The Logistic model had the best effect on fitting with the growth curves of shank length. Its Logistic growth function was y=9.782/(1+2.985×e^-0.3t), the inflecttion week, the inflexion body mass and the maximum week growth value described by the Logistic model was 4.89cm, 3.65 week and 0.73 cm. It was feasible to analyze and fit the growth curve of the Jinghong laying determine the optimal model was different, according development rules can provide reference to understand the hens using the three models. Different evaluation index to to the most appropriate model analysis the growth and Jinghong laying hens.
