摘  要:目的:观察地奥司明、50%硫酸镁溶液联合氦氖激光照射治疗混合痔术后创面水肿与疼痛的疗效。方法:采用随机数字表法,将2013年1月—2014年7月北京军区总医院102例接受外剥内扎术的混合痔患者分为观察组和对照组各51例。观察组患者给予地奥司明、50%硫酸镁溶液联合氦氖激光照射治疗,对照组患者仅给予地奥司明、50%硫酸镁溶液治疗,记录2组患者术后第2、4、6 d手术创面水肿与疼痛情况并进行比较。结果:观察组患者术后第4日和第6日创面水肿与疼痛评分均显著低于对照组,平均水肿与疼痛缓解时间也显著短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:地奥司明、50%硫酸镁溶液联合氦氖激光照射治疗,可有效减轻混合痔患者术后创面水肿与疼痛情况,促进患者术后快速康复。OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the efficacy of diosmin and magnesium sulfate combined with helium -neon laser irradiation therapy in patients with mixed hemorrhoids .METHODS: A total of 102 patients with hemorrhoid receiving external dissection and internal ligation surgery in our hospital between January 2013 and July 2014 were randomized to either control group or observation group of 51 cases each .The patients in the observation group were treated with diosmin, 50%magnesium sulfate solution combined helium-neon laser irradiation , whereas the control group were only given diosmin and 50% magnesium sulfate solution .Surgical wound edema and pain score in the two groups were followed and compared at 2, 4, 6 postoperative days .RESULTS: Surgical wound edema and pain scores at 4 and 6 postoperative days were significant lower in the observation group than in the control group , and the mean time to edema relief and pain relief were also significant less in the observation group than in the control group ( P &lt;0.05 ) . CONCLUSIONS:Diosmin and magnesium sulfate combined with helium neon laser irradiation therapy can effectively relieve the postoperative edema and wound pain and promote rapid recovery of patients with mixed hemorrhoids .
