城市二级医院转型医养融合服务体研究

摘　　要：老龄化社会的到来,家庭养老功能的弱化,传统养老机构的医养分离,三级医院的照护难题,使得城市二级医院转型为医养融合服务体成为可能。夹缝中艰难生存的城市二级医院应转型为医养融合服务体,走以康复护理为特色,以"大专科、小综合"为手段的发展之路。目前,政府应着力培育具有引导和示范作用的医养融合服务体。The arrival of the aging society,the weakening of family support,the separation of medical care and nursing in traditional pension institution,the care problems of level-three hospital,makes possibility of the urban level-two hospital transforming into medical care and nursing fusion body. As survive in the crevice,it should transform into medical care and nursing fusion body.We suggest that urban level-two hospital practice the developing road of rehabilitation and nursing＇s feature,as a means of ＂large specialist medical and small comprehensive medical＂. At present,government should cultivate guidance and demonstration role of medical care and nursing fusion body.
