摘　　要：文章根据全国综合医院1998年-2012年有关数据,运用需求函数理论,建立综合医院门诊服务需求模型,根据价格与需求量间的关系测算出门诊需求量的变化,并采用历史数据推算出2014年综合医院的住院人数,从而测算出取消药品加成后,综合医院所需补偿总额及各方补偿水平,以期为取消药品加成后公立医院补偿水平测算提供方法与思路。According to the relevant data of National General Hospital in 1998 and 2012,using the demand function theory,and building outpatient services demand model of general hospital,the paper calculates the total compensation level as well as compensation level that each part needed to pay after the drug price addition is cancelled.,in order to provide calculation methods for public hospital after the drug addition is cancelled.
