摘　　要：近几年,由于多起重大药害事件的发生,医药企业对消费者的社会责任引起了社会各界的高度关注。通过对江苏省医药企业的高管及专家进行问卷调查,根据所获数据运用层次分析法对消费者经济、法律、伦理和道德4个层面的社会责任进行实证分析,得到江苏省医药企业对消费者社会责任各指标的权重,并根据所得指标权重进行评价,提出相关的对策建议,旨在加强江苏省医药企业对消费者的社会责任感。In recent years,because of more than a medical accident,social responsibility of pharmaceutical enterprises to consumers has caused great concern in the community. Based on survey of the experts of the pharmaceutical enterprises in Jiangsu Province,do the AHP analysis to the economic responsibility,legal responsibility,ethical responsibility and moral responsibility to get the proportion of each index. After that,evaluate social responsibility of Jiangsu pharmaceutical enterprises to consumers,then propose some suggestions in order to strengthen the sense of the responsibility to the consumers.
