聘用科研助理对提升新建省级三甲医院科研水平的探索与实证

摘　　要：三甲医院建设要求医、护、教、研协同发展,对新建三甲医院考验巨大。笔者以所在新建省级三甲医院三年来聘用科研助理制度建设的探索实践为例,探讨和分析了聘用科研助理制度的建设途径和方法,以及对新建省级三甲医院快速提升科研水平的意义和作用,同时也指出了应注意的问题。Top three hospitals require co-development in medicine,nursing,teaching,and research,which is one of the severest ordeal to the newly-built top three hospitals. The author discussed the approaches and methods of research assistant system construction in her newly-built provincial top-three hospital,analyzed its significance and functions to the improvement of scientific research level,and also pointed out the matters to be noticed.
