摘  要:武汉市新洲区栽培双孢蘑菇已有超过10年,目前出现菌种退化和对现有环境适应性差等问题。针对引进的双孢蘑菇2个新菌株W192和W2000,并以As2796为对照,配合覆土配方试验,在出菇产量及经济效益方面进行详细的比较分析和研究,综合分析得出利用菌株W192配合30%比例草炭土配方,双孢蘑菇产量为9.97 kg·m-2,收益为52.92元·m-2,适合本地现有的栽培模式。The history of Agaricus bisporus cultivation in Wuhan Xinzhou area has been more than ten years, and the current strain had shown some problems such as the degradation and poor adaptability of environment. Two Agaricus bisporus strains W192 and W2000 were introduced, using strain As2796 as control, and the yield and economic benefit in different type of casing soil were compared and analysed. The results proved that the yield was 9.97 kg·m^-2 and economic benefit was 52.92 yuan·m^-2 by using the strain W192 in peat and pond sludge(3:7, v·v^-1), which was suitable for local cultivation pattern.
