海外矿业投资管理风险评价研究

摘　　要：近年来我国矿业企业在海外矿业投资方面获得了长足发展,而管理活动始终贯穿在海外矿业投资过程中,对其风险进行评估,有利于帮助矿山企业降低海外投资风险。根据海外矿业投资管理的特点和相关专家的经验,对影响因素进行了识别,包括财务风险、跨文化风险和无形资产风险,并在此基础上构建了海外矿业投资管理风险评价指标体系。考虑其模糊性和不确定性,选用三角模糊数的理论对该体系中定性的风险进行量化,确定各指标的权重,并建立海外矿业投资管理风险评价模型。最后以国内某矿业集团与南非某铬业公司项目为例进行应用,结果表明该项目风险较低。The management activities run throughout the process of overseas mining investment ,which Chinese mining companies had been achieving great development in recent years .So it is helpful to assess the risks existing in overseas mining investment and reduce it .First ,an assessment index system was established after identified the main factors that including financial risk ,cross‐cultural risk ,intangible assets risk . Second ,analyzed the management risk of overseas mining investment with triangular fuzzy number .Finally , applied with a certain project ,that showed it is of low risk .
