改性活性炭/AB_5合金复合材料的电化学储氢性能

摘  要:分别采用球磨法、液相还原法和水热法在活性炭(AC)中引入金属镍,将改性后的活性炭与AB5型储氢合金组成复合材料。恒电流充放电测试表明,水热法改性活性炭/AB5合金(质量分数90%)制成的复合材料表现出最佳的电化学储氢性能,当改性活性炭含20%金属镍时,复合电极的0.2 C比容量达到316 m Ah/g,且大电流放电性能明显优于AB5合金电极。Activated carbon(AC) was modified with metal nickel by using a simple ball milling method, liquid reduction method and hydrothermal process. Then the modified AC was mixed with AB5 alloy to form a composite material. The results of galvanostatic charge-discharge tests indicate that the material which composed of 10% AC modified by hydrothermal method and 90% AB5 alloy show the optimal electrochemical hydrogen absorbing performance. When the modified AC contained 20% nickel, the discharge capacity of the composite electrode was at 0.2 C reached 316 m Ah/g and its high power performance was obviously exceeded the AB5 alloy electrode.
