摘  要:有机太阳电池被认为是极具发展前途的新一代光电子器件。电极材料是有机太阳电池中最重要的部分之一,对电池性能有直接的影响。由于氧化铟锡的价格昂贵及可持续性使用问题,亟待寻找可替代的非氧化铟锡电极。综合分析了铟锡氧化物电极和非氧化铟锡电极材料的应用和性能特点,归纳了非氧化铟锡电极的发展现状,比较了不同制备工艺所获得的电极性能,并在此基础上重点讨论了为了得到多层结构电极中优化的性能,需要对层厚度进行必要的优化设计,通常采用实验与数值模拟相结合的方法得到最终的优化结果。Organic solar cell was widely considered to be a very promising a new generation of optoelectronic devices.The electrode material was one of the most important part of organic solar cells and the performance of the solar cells were directly influenced by it. Considering the expensive and sustainable use of indium tin oxide, an alternative of indium oxide tin electrode was needed to find. Application and performance characteristics of the indium tin oxide and without indium tin oxide electrodes were analyzed synthetically. The current situation of the development of the without indium tin oxide electrode were summarized. The different preparation processes of electrode performance were compared. In order to get the high performance of the electrode, structure optimization was discussed emphatically in the multilayer. With the method of combination of experiments and numerical simulation method the optimal structure could be obtained.
