摘　　要：物流金融的优化与发展是中小企业降低成本、解决发展的关键所在。文章从国内外学者对物流金融的概念、特点的综合评价入手,通过分析不同学者对物流金融的研究,分析其影响与发展前景。The development and optimization of logistics finance, not only is an effective approach for the logistics enterprises to improve their quality and accelerate supply chain turnover; but also become a key for small and medium-sized enterprises to reduce costs and solve the development. In this paper, starting with the comprehensive evaluation for concept and characteristics about the logistics finance from domestic and foreign scholars,through the analysis from different scholars about logistics financial development model and risk prevention research, to summarize the influence of the financing of SMEs and the prospect of development of logistics finance.
