摘 要:香港作为世界上最受欢迎的旅游目的地之一,其旅游业对香港社会经济的发展起着重要作用。在全球化和东南亚经济一体化的时代趋势背景下,香港如何创建和维护其健康可持续发展的竞争优势成为香港政府及旅游业各相关企业关注的重中之重。在旅游学术界,也相应出现了一批关于赴港游客满意度研究成果。事实上,游客满意度的研究结论通常能为旅游目的地了解游客的旅游消费偏好及自身提供产品及服务的优势和不足,最终为制定科学合理的市场营销策略提供有价值的参考。对已发表在国内外学术期刊上的研究成果进行回顾,较详尽地阐述了目前学术界对赴港游客满意度的研究现状,进一步指出了已有研究存在的不足,以期对未来研究指明方向。As one of the most popular tourist destinations in the whole world, tourism industry in Hong Kong plays an ever--in creasing role in promoting social and economic development and prosperity. In an environment of increased globalization and eco- nomic integration in South East Asia, the governmental policymakers and businesses in different tourism service sector are most concerned about the critical problem on how to create and maintain a sustainable competitive advantage. Correspondingly, there are a series of research achievements emerging in tourism academic filed. In fact, the research results can contribute to helping understand consumer preferences and the strengths and weaknesses of different service sector, thus provide useful information for management to formulate scientific and rational marketing strategy. Based on reviewing the research achievements published in academic journals at home and abroad, the paper elaborates the current research status in detail and points out the shortcomings in the present studies with hope to indicate the direction for future research.
