摘  要:高拉速小方坯连铸机,对一冷、二冷设备精度的要求更高,稍有偏差,就很容易产生铸坯跑偏、脱方等问题,对连铸机正常生产和铸坯质量都有不利影响。介绍如何提高小方坯连铸机一冷、二冷设备的精度,并就有关设计理念进行分析。The equipment of primary and secondary cooling systems are rather highly required in the high-speed billet caster production. Once the strand is not properly cooled even in slight deviation, it can cause such problems as off-tracking and offsquareness of strand, and would impair the caster running and strand quality. This paper introduced the method of improving precision of the primary and secondary cooling systems of billet caster and analyzed the concerned design concepts for reference.
