摘  要:传统的触发引信反应半径有限,为有效捕获目标的主动引信的电磁信号,进而快速采取主动措施,设计出一款非触发引信的电磁信号单通道接收机系统,对低信噪比下的电磁信号进行放大、滤波、检波、自动增益控制等调理,使接收机输出信号满足后端处理需要。通过分析引信接收机的原理和参数设置,采用双运放LM358设计交流放大器,采用S3529和S3528级连组成一个16阶的带通滤波器,设计检波器和直流放大自动增益控制电路,最后得到接收机设计电路的最终原理图。以Protel软件为平台设计出电路图和最终的PCB图并制实物进行测试,测试结果表明,设计出的接收机能在低信噪比下实测放大倍数为44300倍,实测通频带为87 Hz^2 215 Hz,AGC动态范围为34 d B,测试结果实现了较好的性能指标。Because of the limitation of the operational radius of action for the contact fuse,the single pass electromagnetic signal receiver system was designed based on non-contact fuse to adopt defense measure quickly in order to capture the electromagnetism signal of the targets. The processing work such as enlarge,filter,demodulate,etc. were done in the low signal-noise ratio( SNR) of electromagnetic signal for meeting the need of back-end processing. The principle and the parameters of the receiver was analyzed,the alternate amplifier was designed with LM358 dual operational amplifier. The 16 order band-pass filter was designed based on S3529 and S3528,amplifier automatic gain control circuit design was obtained. The final circuit diagram and PCB diagram of the receiver was accomplished finally based on the Protel. The test result of the designed receiver circuit shows that enlarge multiple reaches 443 000,the actual measured pass-band reaches 87 Hz - 2 215 Hz,and the AGC part dynamic state scope is 34 d B so that the nice property quota is accomplished.
