泸州市养老护理员工作疲溃感的调查研究

摘　　要：目的：了解泸州市养老护理员结构现状、养老护理员工作疲溃感现状及其影响因素。方法：采用工作疲溃感量表和自行设计的问卷对泸州市156名养老护理员进行问卷调查。结果：养老护理员以女性为主,比例为64.1%;养老护理员平均年龄为（41.67±10.891）岁,从业年限仅有（4.22±3.258）年,文化程度以初中学历水平为主体,月收入少于1 500元者累计占56.4%。61.5%养老护理员有中度工作疲溃感,男性的工作疲溃感高于女性;随着年龄的增加,工作疲溃感增高,于41~50岁达到顶峰;未婚者的总体疲溃感高于已婚者;文化程度为小学者工作疲溃感程度最高;月收入低于1 000元者比收入高于1 000元者工作疲溃感高;一线养老护理员工作疲溃感高于兼任管理人员的养老护理员。结论：养老护理员工作疲溃感程度应引起重视,积极预防和缓解养老护理员的工作疲溃感。Objective： To describe the construction of the old-care nurses in Luzhou city and the level of burnout and the influencing factors among the old-care nurses. Methods： 156 old-care nurses in Luzhou city were investigated through questionnaires. Results： Old-care nurses were female-dominated（64.1%） with an average age of 41.67 ± 10.891 years, and an average employment time of 4.22 ± 3.258 years, Most of those nurses had the education level of joural high school and 56.4% of older-care nurse＇s monthly income is below 1 500 RMB.61.5% of the older-care nurses had moderate burnout, and the lever of burnout were higher in the following groups： the male, aged from 41 to 50 years, unmarried, with elementary education level, monthly income below1 000 RMB, and the front nurses. Conclusion： Job burnout of the old-care nurses should be paid much attention and some measures should be taken to prevent and relieve this feeling.
