胃痛贴对脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡病患者血清胃泌素、生长抑素表达水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:评估胃痛贴外敷中脘穴+TDP灯照射对脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡病的临床疗效并探讨其保护胃黏膜屏障的机理。方法:将42例脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组予以西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法基础上予以胃痛贴外敷中脘穴+TDP灯照射综合治疗,疗程均为4周。结果:治疗组的中医证候疗效及胃镜检查结果明显优于对照组。两组患者的血清GAS、SS水平均有所下降,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组下降程度更明显。结论:本疗法能明显改善脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡病患者的临床症状、体征,显著降低患者血清GAS、SS水平。我们推测,胃痛贴的作用机制可能是通过降低脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡患者的血清GAS、SS水平,保护了胃黏膜屏障功能,促进了溃疡的愈合。Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of external application of stomachache paste on Zhongwan acupoint and TDP lighting on gastric ulcer of spleen and stomach type and to study its mechanism of protecting gastric mucosa barrier. Methods： 42 patients of gastric ulcer of spleen and stomach deficiency type were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was given conventional western medicine and the treatment group was treated by conventional western medicine as the control group and also the external application of stomachache paste on Zhongwan acupoint and TDP light irradiation for comprehensive treatment. The course of treatment was 4 weeks. Results： The therapeutic efficacy of TCM syndromes and gastroscopy results of the treatment group were significantly better than that of the control group. The serum GAS and SS levels of patients were decreased in both groups, but the treatment group decreased more obviously, and there was significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： This comprehensive therapy can significantly improve clinical symptoms and signs, reduce the serum GAS and SS levels in patients with gastric ulcer of spleen and stomach deficiency type. It is speculated that stomachache paste protects gastric mucosal barrier and promotes ulcer healing by reducing serum GAS and SS levels of those patients.
