摘 要:目的:本文根据调强放射治疗的研究现状,结合最优化方法,对IMRT中射野强度(通量)模型进行了深入研究。方法:详细介绍了剂量计算模型与强度(通量)优化模型,并在此基础上对我科cms与pinnacle放射治疗计划系统的优化方式进行对比。结果:pinnacle放射治疗计划系统的优化模型时间效率更高。结论:通过深入了解放射治疗计划系统的优化方式,为临床实际工作作出理论指导,并为下一阶段的自主软件开发提供技术支持。Objective: To further study the beam intensity(flux) models for the intensity-modulated radiation therapy on the basis of present research status. Methods: The optimization models for dose calculation and beam strength(flux) were introduced, and the optimization models for cms and pinnacle radiation therapy planning system in our department were compared. Results: The optimization model for radiation therapy planning system had higher time efficiency than that of cms. Conclusion: Studying the optimization model for radiation therapy planning system, could make theoretical guidance for clinical practice and provide theoretical support for the next phase of software development.
