摘 要:在恶劣天气或电网特殊运行方式下,包含分散电源的系统受到扰动引起跳闸后,与主网联系薄弱的区域电网与主网解列而孤网运行的情况时有发生。孤网的发生地点随机性和功率不平衡等特点,对电力系统的安全稳定性带来严重影响。从孤网的产生原理出发,结合调度处理孤网系统恢复到大电网运行的实例,对孤网系统如何安全稳定且迅速恢复到大电网运行进行分析和总结,并给出孤网情况下事故处理的合理建议,为电网调度提供参考,从而将电网孤网情况下风险降到最低。Under inclement weather or some uncommon operation mode,it occasionally happens that certain regional power grid network splits with the main grid and runs in isolation after the trip of the grid system containing some power due to disturbances.The random occurrence location and power imbalance of the isolated network inflict serious impact on the safety and stability of the power system.In this paper,the principle of the isolated network is illustrated.Then measures and procedures are analyzed and summarized on how to quickly recover the isolated net to the large power grid.Some reasonable suggestions to deal with grid accidents are proposed,which may be found useful for grid scheduling and avoiding isolated grid.
